I’m a professional interim manager who thrives in changing environments. I’m at my most productive when the average accountant is outside their comfort zone.

I made the conscious decision to work on a freelance basis via my own company in 2003 because I relish the variety that working in this way brings. I’m typically engaged on a project, contract negotiation or business transformation etc. for 6-18 months. This has allowed me to gain broad experience of both public and private sectors.

I generally work with both finance and the project/business, often acting as a bridge between them. I’m able to bring an independent, experienced professionalism to my assignments precisely because of my varied background. I’m used to inheriting complex situations, often in less than ideal circumstances and delivering within challenging deadlines to an exceptional standard.
